Orbea’s Basque Plan
The Orbea Euskera Plan promotes the use of Basque within the cooperative, encouraging its presence in the workplace, internal and external communication, and daily life among its employees.
Orbea Foundation supports the plan through training, resources and initiatives that reinforce Basque as a working language within the company.
Normalise the use of Basque at Orbea, consolidating it as a language of communication and strengthening its role in corporate identity.
Ikastolen Elkartea
The Ikastolen Jaiak project includes Herri Urrats, Ibilaldia, Araba Euskaraz, Kilometroak and Nafarroa Oinez—festivals held annually across Euskal Herria to promote the Basque language and education, strengthen its use and reinforce Basque cultural identity.
Orbea Foundation supports these initiatives by providing resources and communications support to increase their impact, promote Basque-language education and encourage community participation.

Korrika
Korrika is a race in support of the Basque language organised by Basque Language School AEK. It crosses Euskal Herria to promote the Basque language and culture, encouraging its use in all areas of society.
Orbea Foundation collaborates with Korrika by supporting its logistics and communications, providing resources to enhance its reach and bring the Basque language to more people.
